The Construction Association of Choice

As a relatively new member in the industry, joining the YCF has been a pivotal step in my career development. In the past year, YCF has not only introduced me to a diverse network of industry professionals but also provided me with invaluable resources and support. The sense of community within YCF is truly remarkable; it’s a platform where I can easily connect with others for guidance and assistance on a wide array of topics.

YCF’s commitment to fostering a strong network among peers and developing future industry leaders is evident in their actions and initiatives. Their focus on education and community engagement has opened endless opportunities, significantly enriching my professional journey. This exposure has not only helped me in my leadership role but also allowed me to flourish both as an industry professional and an active community contributor. The opportunities for learning, networking, and leadership that YCF offers are unparalleled, and I am grateful to be part of such a dynamic and supportive group.

Mercy Martinez, Director of Administration

As a new member of the YCF, it represents an opportunity to be involved with our industry on a larger scope. The YCF is a great place to network and expand connections, but more importantly, it offers the ability to learn from a vast network of experience and hopefully pass along some knowledge as well. We should all be looking to move forward in our careers with open minds and the goal of learning from those that came before us, to pass it along to those that will come after us. YCF is the perfect place for that.

Brian Clark

I was fortunate enough to have been nominated into the Young Constructors Forum in 2018. I learned quickly that being an active member added value. I was able to make a difference for the community, the industry, and for myself. The connections that I’ve made through YCF have presented opportunities for personal growth and have led to career advancement. I am thankful and proud to be a part of the YCF.

Nate Gorrocino, Vice President, Operational Strategy & Integration

Joining the YCF has been an invaluable experience for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to advance their career. This committee not only offers a platform for building a strong network of like-minded professionals, but also provides opportunities to develop essential leadership skills that can benefit both our industry and community.

Having been an active member for the past five years I can confidently say that my involvement with the YCF has played a pivotal role in my professional growth. From serving as the Membership Director to eventually becoming the Vice Chair and Chair, I have witnessed firsthand the immense value and countless opportunities this committee has to offer.

By joining the YCF, you too can benefit from the wealth of knowledge and experience shared by industry leaders and fellow members. The open forum provided by this committee allows for meaningful discussions and collaborations, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
