This course is offered several times each year and covers topics such as stormwater regulations, erosion and sedimentation control methods, inspection techniques, and post-construction BMPs. Certificates will be issued at the end of the course certifying that you demonstrate the ability to implement and maintain stormwater pollution prevention plans and best management practices on construction sites. These certificates must be submitted to ADOT and approved in order to be listed as the Erosion Control Coordinator on a project.

This online 6-hour refresher course allows you to renew your certification every three years. The refresher course updates you on the new ADEQ regulatory and ADOT specific requirements and improves your overall knowledge and effectiveness in reducing stormwater pollution. This course fulfills the ADOT requirement for refresher training. A current certificate is required to apply for the refresher course. Certificates will be issued at the end of the course.
