2025 Dates
On February 20, 2025, AZAGC hosted the first industry-wide APDM meeting where contractor, design engineer, and owner issues regarding the use of APDM were shared. Sixty-one participants heard from colleagues about their challenges in delivering design build construction manager at risk and job order contracting. The committee agreed to tackle the issues through a series of meetings to be held over the next two years with the goal of educating our community on best practices and, if necessary, making appropriate statutory changes.
