The AZAGC Military to Construction Committee (M2CC) is a committee of Veterans, for Veterans, committed to the successful integration of service members into the construction industry.

Through our dedicated Skill Bridge program, we assist in bridging the gap between military and civilian life by providing industry-specific training, mentorship, and career development. Our mission is to equip service members and veterans with the skills, knowledge, and purpose needed to enter and ultimately thrive in the construction industry while supplying a highly-trained and motivated workforce to industry stakeholders.

Through collaboration, advocacy, and hands-on experience, we strive to create meaningful opportunities that honor the dedication and expertise of those who have served our nation.
